A pallet sharing system is a social service network responsible for the leasing, recovery, maintenance, and renewal of pallets. Established under government regulation and guidance, such a network may be spearheaded by pallet manufacturers and logistics companies, formed through the joint participation of various logistics industry stakeholders, or created via private capital investment encouraged by the government.
This network enables the establishment of service stations-responsible for pallet leasing, recovery, maintenance, and renewal-at major domestic ports, terminals, airports, road and rail freight hubs, large- and medium-sized wholesale and retail centers, and key transportation junctions. These stations accelerate the circulation of pallets among manufacturers, logistics providers, and retailers. The establishment of this network will facilitate intermodal pallet transport and mechanized operations, enhance logistics efficiency, shorten supply lead times, and significantly reduce logistics costs.
