Recycle-Tech delivers one-stop custom services for reusable packaging, covering solution design, sampling & testing, mass production, and full-lifecycle maintenance. Centered on collapsible pallet boxes, we support comprehensive customization of box structure, material properties, inner inserts and exterior markings.
Customizable Items
Non-standard length, width and height for collapsible pallet boxes; heavy-duty custom stringer-base pallets with steel-reinforced stringers (for automated production lines, high-bay warehouses and heavy-duty forklift operations); access windows, partial steel reinforcement for box bodies, RFID tag slots, stacking positioning structures and dust-proof sealing structures.
Anti-static modification, -30 °C low-temperature-resistant modification, thickened dangerous-goods-grade specification, food-grade raw materials, flame-retardant modified PP sheets; custom-thickness 10 mm honeycomb panels.
EPP cushioning inserts (preferred for new-energy battery cells), EVA inserts, heavy-gauge thermoformed inserts, corrugated plastic divider cards, corrugated-plastic storage bins and compartment baffles. Mould development is available based on customers' 3D product drawings.
Screen-printed corporate logos, product codes, warning slogans and batch numbers, together with layout design service.
Complete Customization Workflow
- Requirement Communication: Customers provide product dimensions, weight and operating conditions (production lines / high-bay warehouses / forklift handling, warehousing, transportation, export requirements).
- Solution Delivery: Dedicated engineers provide online support and deliver 3D proposals, load-bearing simulation analysis, and cost-comparison reports between new and original packaging.
- Sample Confirmation: Mould making and sampling are carried out. Physical tests including drop test, stacking test and low-temperature test are performed. Samples are sent for customer verification of all details.
- Mass Production: Production starts upon sample approval. 7-14 working days for modified standard versions; approximately 30 working days for brand-new mould development.
- Logistics Delivery: Direct shipment from our manufacturing plant.
Service Guarantees
A complete set of compliance documents can be provided, including ISO system certificates, dangerous-goods packaging certificates and third-party test reports. Export compliance statements are supplied for foreign-trade orders.
Standard-specification products are kept in stock. Sample trials and small-batch pilot orders are supported prior to large-volume procurement.
