To ensure the safe and long-term use of pallets, please adhere to the following usage guidelines:

1. Avoid exposing pallets to direct sunlight, as this can accelerate aging and shorten their service life.

2. Do not throw goods onto the pallet from a height. Determine a proper stacking arrangement; distribute the load evenly rather than concentrating it in one spot or stacking it off-center. Pallets carrying heavy loads should be placed on a flat, level surface.

3. Do not drop pallets from a height; violent impacts can cause breakage or cracking.

4. When using forklifts or manual pallet jacks, position the forks as close to the outer edges of the pallet's fork entries as possible and insert them fully. Lift the pallet steadily before attempting to change its angle. Avoid striking the sides of the pallet with the forks to prevent breakage or cracking.

5. Use only rack-compatible pallets when placing them on storage racks. Adhere to load limits based on the rack structure; overloading is strictly prohibited. Secure loads using methods such as strapping, adhesive bonding, or stretch wrapping-either individually or in combination. If securing the load is insufficient to meet transport requirements, select appropriate protective and reinforcement accessories (made of wood, plastic, metal, etc.) as needed.
