Recycle-Tech honeycomb pallet boxes consist of base pallets, honeycomb side panels and top-bottom lids secured by snap-fit fasteners. No tools are required; one operator can complete assembly or disassembly within 10 seconds. When collapsed, empty boxes occupy only 1/8 of their expanded volume and can be reused for 3-5 years. Our portfolio includes general-purpose standard models, anti-static dangerous-goods certified models for new-energy applications, dust-proof light-blocking PV-grade models, low-temperature-resistant cold-chain models, and custom-built heavy-duty boxes with steel-reinforced stringers.

• Standard dimensions: 1200 × 800 mm, 1200 × 1000 mm; non-standard custom sizes are supported.
• Side-panel thickness: 3-12 mm optional.

■ Base-pallet types

1. Stringer base: 2-way forklift entry; suitable for assembly lines, AGVs and high-bay racking. Steel-reinforced stringer upgrade available on request.
2. Nine-foot base: 4-way forklift entry; for general-purpose floor-stacking applications.
3. Load capacity: Dynamic load 500 kg; ordinary stringer-base static load 1000-1500 kg. Steel-reinforced stringer pallets deliver further enhanced heavy-load performance.
4. Temperature resistance: Standard range-20 °C ~ 60 °C; modified versions withstand-30 °C without brittle fracture.

• General-Purpose Standard Pallet Box: Made from brand-new food-grade virgin PP; fumigation-free for export. Suitable for logistics, auto-parts, fresh-food and supermarket industries. Adopted for Freshippo projects, paired with 10 mm honeycomb panels and corrugated-plastic storage bins.
• New-Energy Dangerous-Goods Anti-Static Pallet Box: Valid dangerous-goods packaging performance certificate; anti-static modified PP. Can be fitted with EPP protective inserts to mitigate cell-damage risks. Optional steel-reinforced stringer pallets for lithium-battery automated production lines, high-bay warehouses and high-frequency forklift handling.
• PV-Grade Dust-Proof Light-Blocking Pallet Box: Dust-free virgin PP material with zero particle shedding. Light-blocking sealed structure with washable reusable inserts for Class 10,000 dust-free workshops.
• Cold-Chain Special-Purpose Low-Temperature-Resistant Pallet Box:-30 °C low-temperature modification, food-grade raw materials. Designed for cold-storage facilities and fresh-food supermarkets as an alternative to single-use foam boxes.
• Custom Heavy-Duty Model with Steel-Reinforced Stringers (Key Technical Solution) Engineered for automated production lines, high-bay racking, heavy cargo and high-frequency forklift operations. Mitigate four typical industry failure modes to avoid production halts, product loss and packaging damage.
• Optional Accessories: Custom non-standard length/width/height, access windows, dust-proof sealing strips, RFID tag slots, robot-gripper slots. Insert options: EPP (preferred for battery cells), EVA, heavy-gauge thermoformed liners, corrugated-plastic divider cards, storage bins. Custom-printed logos and part-coding.

PP Corrugated Plastic Sheets & Corrugated-Plastic Storage Bins: Thickness 2-10 mm; standard or anti-static grades available. Processed into divider cards, baffles and storage bins for supermarket-warehouse rack-position containment and internal box partitioning.

PP Honeycomb Panels: Lightweight yet high-strength, water-resistant and corrosion-proof, fully reusable. Used for pallet-box side panels, cold-chain base plates and warehouse partition boards. Anti-static and low-temperature-resistant modifications supported.

Cushioning Inserts: EPP, EVA and heavy-gauge thermoformed inserts. EPP inserts are prioritized for shock-protection of new-energy battery cells.
